Returns + Shipping

We understand that when you shop online, garments may differ from what you expect.  If a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a store credit for a future purchase. If you want to exchange your Ralph Malani Style purchase for a different item or items, we have a separate process below just for that.

• We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
• Please report damages within 3 days of receipt of item.
• The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
• Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
• During the returns process, if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are on sale.
• If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you.
