HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may begin processing the following Monday or Tuesday.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISDELIVERED?

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect location, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an inquiry or claim.

RalphMalani Style is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us at RALPHMALANISTYLE@GMAIL.COM so we can assist where possible.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?

When available, expedited shipping options may be selected during checkout.

Please note that express or overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, holidays, or during high-volume periods.

Selecting expedited shipping speeds up the carrier's delivery service and does not necessarily shorten our standard order processing time.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before your order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

RalphMalani Style is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's destination, size, and weight.

Please note that these delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by RalphMalani Style. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. RalphMalani Style ships internationally to select destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Most international shipments may take approximately 7–21 business days after processing, although delays may occur.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in RalphMalani Style's shipping rates and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
